engati's generative ai feature empowers you to provide personalized and relevant responses to customer queries by leveraging their knowledge resources with this powerful tool, you can upload relevant documents, policies, faqs, and other text based content, which the ai system will analyze and learn from, creating a tailored knowledge base of your own settings settings to access the settings, navigate to train > generative ai and then click on the " configuration " tab to set up the ai's response settings, there are two types of configurations you can use to help you understand these
