URL Training allows the system to crawl webpage content and index it so the AI agent can retrieve answers during conversations.
You will learn two ways to train knowledge using URLs:
- Single URL Training – Train the AI using content from one webpage.
- Multiple URL Training – Train the AI using multiple webpages through a CSV file.
