As part of our monthly deployments, we had a release on 6th November 2023. Following is the summary of the changes :

## <font color="#ae1536">**Broadcast and Channels**</font>

### Increase throughput for WhatsApp Cloud

**Description**

WhatsApp Cloud has a high throughput compared to the on-prem offering, now the same will be reflected in the broadcasts triggered from the Engati portal

**Feature Impact**

Allow customers to send broadcasts at a higher throughput thus resulting in quicker turnaround times

### Request Location on WhatsApp

**Description**

Request User Data node can now accept location as native input instead of asking users to first share location, now they can just click on a button to do the same

**Feature Impact**

Improve accuracy as customers tend to share live location which is not supported, now they can readily share only current location

## <font color="#ae1536">Platform and Billing</font>

### Download MAU details (WL Partners)

**Description**

Partners cannot get access to the MAU consumptions until they reach out to the billing team, now they’ll be able to download the same from the MA portal

**Feature Impact**

Help save billing team’s time by providing details to partners every month, help save at least 3 hours of effort each month, and also provide transparency to partners

### Online indicator for WhatsApp

Green indicator that shows online/availability for Website users, can now also be used to determine the 24 hour expiry period for WhatsApp users

## <font color="#ae1536">**Shopify**</font>

### PayU integrations

**Description**

Shopify as well as Non-shopify customers can now integrate with PayU to send out payment link to their customers in the purchase journey. This is available as a webview node in the path builder using which we can generate payment links and send out in the purchase journey

**Feature Impact**

Since we have an additional Payment gateway on our platform, we can acquire more customers and convert the customers faster who use PayU as payment gateway.
