### GenAI Update – GPT‑4.1 & 4.1 Mini + Advanced AI Configuration 

We’ve enhanced Engati’s Generative AI engine with support for **GPT‑4.1 and GPT‑4.1 Mini** models, offering improved accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency. 

**Built for:** Businesses leveraging AI for contextual and document-driven replies. 
**Impact:** Better long-form understanding and performance tuning, now available in both basic and advanced AI configuration settings.

- **New Model Support:** 
- **GPT‑4.1:** Higher accuracy on long queries 
- **GPT‑4.1 Mini:** Comparable to GPT‑4.0 with lower cost 
- **Basic AI Settings:** Choose domain, assistant name, response tone, and upload limits

- Acronym handling 
- Intent setup for more accurate query interpretation

### Support for Custom Card Node (V2) 

We’ve rolled out V2 support for **Custom Card Nodes**, allowing advanced UI layouts inside your bots using structured JSON. 

**Built for:** Developers and designers building rich, interactive bot interfaces. 
 **Impact:** Enables personalized and brand-aligned card-based replies beyond standard templates. 

**Key Capabilities:** 

- Display custom headers, images, footers, and actions 
- Fully responsive on both web and mobile 
- New validation and visual editor improvements 

### X (Formerly Twitter) Deployment Update 

Engati now reflects **“X (formerly Twitter)”** branding across the platform and documentation.

 **Impact:** Better alignment with the X platform, and smoother onboarding with the latest setup guidelines.
