- **Purpose**: Customers can now download and view uploaded training documents (PDF format).

**Website Widget - Expansion of Bot Widget for GenAI Source \[Beta]**

- **Purpose**: Allows URLs and PDFs to open within the bot, ensuring a seamless user journey.
