**RCS Channel Deployment**

RCS deployment can now be performed directly from the Engati portal UI. To configure RCS, you will need three keys: **RCS Agent ID, Client ID, and Client Secret**. For assistance in obtaining these keys or for further guidance on the setup process, feel free to reach out to **support\@engati.ai**.
