Engati Domain Update
We are transitioning Engati’s primary domain from engati.com to engati.ai to ensure consistent branding and unified access across all product touchpoints.
The new domain is already live, and we encourage all customers to start using engati.ai URLs immediately.

- Maintain bookmarks or internal documentation referencing engati.com
If none of the above apply, no action is required.

1) What is this domain update about?
We’re moving Engati’s primary domain from engati.com to engati.ai so all product and customer-facing touchpoints stay under one consistent domain.
2) Do I need to do anything?
You likely need to take action if you:
- Log in using app.engati.com
- Use the mobile app
- Use website widgets
- Have integrations calling Engati APIs
- Are setting up new integrations (e.g., Google Sheets / Google Calendar)
- Have internal bookmarks pointing to older Help Centre links
If none of the above apply, you can ignore this update.
3) What is the last date for using engati.com?
15 March 2026 is the final cutoff date. After this, engati.com links and endpoints may stop working. Please use engati.ai URLs going forward.
4) What is the new login URL for the portal?
Use: agents.engati.ai
5) Is agents.engati.ai live already?
Yes, it is already live, and you can start using it immediately.
6) Will my existing portal bookmark (app.engati.com) work?
It will work during the transition period, but you should switch your bookmark to agents.engati.ai before 15 March 2026.
7) Where is the Help Centre now?
The Help Centre is available at: help.engati.ai Please update any bookmarks or internal documentation pointing to help.engati.com.
8) Will my current API integrations break?
Not immediately. Existing integrations will continue to work during the transition window. However, you must update them to the new API domain before 15 March 2026 to avoid disruption.
9) What is the new API base domain?
Use: api.engati.ai Update any integrations currently calling api.engati.com (or anything under engati.com).
10) I’m not sure where Engati APIs are used in my setup, what should I check?
Check for Engati API calls in:
- CRM/workflow tools (triggers, schedulers, custom scripts)
- Middleware tools (iPaaS, connectors, serverless functions)
- Broadcast API usage
- Internal backend services calling Engati endpoints
If any references point to engati.com, update them to engati.ai.
11) I use Engati website widgets, do I need to change anything?
Yes. You must update your widget script before 15 March 2026.
12) When will I get the updated widget script?
The new widget script (referencing the new domain) will be available from 15 Feb 2026 onward.
13) Will my current website widget keep working until I update it?
Yes, current website widgets will continue working until 15 March 2026. After that, the updated script is required to avoid disruption.
14) Do I need to update the Engati mobile app?
If you use the mobile app — Yes. Please update to the latest version on/after 15 March 2026 to continue signing in without issues.
15) I want to set up a new integration (Google Sheets / Google Calendar). Which domain should I use?
Use engati.ai for all new integrations and connections going forward.
16) Will any existing third-party integrations keep working?
Yes, existing integrations will keep working during the transition window. However, any setup referencing engati.com must be updated before 15 March 2026.
17) Do I need to update firewall/proxy allowlisting?
Only if your organization uses allowlists. If so, allowlist:
- api.engati.ai
18) Will email communication with Engati teams be impacted?
No. Email communication will not be impacted during the migration period. You can continue using existing email IDs (including [email protected]) during the transition.
19) What happens if I don’t update by 15 March 2026?
You may experience disruption such as:
- Portal access issues via old bookmarks
- API failures from calls to api.engati.com
- Website widget failures if scripts aren’t updated
- Broken Help Centre links
