A **Rich Card Carousel** allows you to send multiple rich cards within a single message. Each card can contain media, text, and interactive buttons, enabling users to browse through multiple items by swiping horizontally.

### Carousel Card Structure

Each card in a carousel can contain the following elements:

**Card Title**
The heading displayed at the top of the card that summarizes the content.

**Media**
Media can be added to visually enhance the card. Supported options include:

- Image upload
- Video upload
- Media URL

Media provides visual context and helps increase user engagement.

**Body Text**
The body text contains the main message content of the card. This section can include details such as product descriptions, promotional information, or instructions.

Variables can also be added to personalize the message for users.

Example:

:::BlockQuote
Hello \{\{1}}, explore our latest products!
:::

**Buttons**
Buttons allow users to interact with the message directly.

Supported button types include:

- **Quick Reply** – Sends a predefined response back to the bot to continue the conversation.
- **URL Button** – Opens an external webpage when clicked.
- **Phone Number Button** – Allows users to call a specified phone number.

Buttons help guide users toward the next action, such as visiting a website, viewing product details, or contacting support.
