## <font color="#B91C1C">What you’ll finish with</font>

- A Text Agent with a clear **name** and **description**
- **Workflows** connected (only if your agent needs to take actions/tools)
- **Tasks** written (your main prompts/instructions)
- **Memory** configured (optional)
- Final review completed and the agent created

## <font color="#B91C1C">Before you start (recommended)</font>

- **Define the goal (1 sentence):** write exactly what the agent should do.&#x20;
  - Example: “Answer customer questions about Product X in simple English.”
- **Collect reference info:** product details, policies, FAQs, tone guidelines.
- **Workflow readiness:** confirm required workflows/paths are already created and tested.
- **Attribute clarity:** keep attribute names consistent (same spelling, same meaning, clear allowed values).
- **Keep it minimal:** remove anything you won’t use to avoid confusion.

## <font color="#B91C1C">Tips for better results</font>

- Keep the agent goal narrow (one clear job).
- In Tasks, be explicit: **tone**, **format**, **do/don’t rules**, and **when to use workflows**.
- Add 1–2 examples (optional) to improve consistency.
- If outputs are incorrect, update the **Task prompt first** before adding more workflows.
